Currently, nine zones, including GGFEZ, are designated and in operation nationwide. Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone Authority Located at the center of the Korean West Coast Economic Belt, and centered around Pyeongtaek Port, it is being developed into three districts: Poseung (BIX) District (manufacturing & logistics);Hyeondeok District (distribution & commercial complex development); Baegot District (research & demonstration) and Ansan Science Valley District(global R&D based Robot and advanced manufacturing business hub).
